My New Cocktails
Over the past month, I’ve been developing a new collection of cocktails for Aria, drinks built around clean flavors, thoughtful details, and a touch of Caribbean creativity.
Each one has its own personality, and many are served in bespoke pieces handcrafted by Cayman Clay Co., adding an unmistakable sense of place to the experience.
For the Island at Heart
To start, I want to highlight the cocktail that feels closest to Cayman itself: Cayman Vibes. Made with seasonal and local ingredients, it changes as the island does, always fresh, vibrant, and unmistakably Cayman. If you’re someone who feels rooted here, this is your drink.
For a Caribbean spirit with a playful edge, there’s Jamaican Vibes. Bright, easygoing, and full of rhythm, it blends Jamaican rum, passion fruit, sorrel, lime, and pink grapefruit into a sunny, lively pour. Perfect for anyone who carries the warmth of the islands wherever they go.
For the Ones Who Want to Go a Little Wild
If you’re drawn to curiosity and a bit of whimsy, you’ll probably connect with Petal Therapy, served in our bathtub glass. Soft, floral, and refreshing, it layers EcoSpirits Gin with Bulgarian and Moroccan rose, crafted to feel like a quiet pause in the middle of the day.
For the adventurous palate, Velvet Shallot offers something unexpected: cognac with shallot, pink peppercorn, and lemon, finished with a delicate smoke bubble. It’s smooth, aromatic, and ideal for someone who loves discovering flavours they haven’t met before.
And for those who like their cocktails bold and expressive, Volcano of Pleasure brings whiskey, burnt rosemary, ginger, and sweet lemon together in a warm, smoky combination served in the volcano glass. A drink with real presence.
I hope you enjoy discovering these cocktails as much as I enjoyed creating them.
